We start with a 1:1 session to understand your goals and needs. From there, I will guide you through a strategic process of your chosen service, whether it’s branding, website design, or graphic design. Every step is collaborative to ensure the final outcome aligns with your vision. I also include support sessions during and after our time together.

Project timelines vary based on the service. Here’s a general guide:
Brand and Web Design: 6-8 weeks
Brand Design: 4-6 weeks
Social Media Templates: 2-4 weeks

Yes! All services include revisions to ensure you’re completely happy with the final result. If you need additional assets or bespoke features, I will quote for them separately based on your requirements.

I specialise in a number of applications and platforms for your brand. Brand idenities are created using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), templates are created using Canva or a software of your choice and websites are designed and built using SquareSpace. Social media templates can be created for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).

Absolutely! My Brand Design and Web Design services includes two weeks of support to ensure you’re comfortable with your new visual identity and website. For other services, ongoing support can be arranged as needed.

Yes, to ensure we hit the ground running, we’ll need:
A clear brief or list of goals for the project, your Brand Design Questionnaire will be supplied to help uncover this.

I require a deposit to secure your project in the studio schedule, with the balance due upon completion. Payment plans can also be arranged for larger projects.
